目的通过对某特种车辆闭舱行驶时舱室内有害气体(CO、CO2、NO2、NH3、SO2、H2S)的测试,将结果与标准对比分析,判断其是否能够满足标准的限值要求,并探讨有害气体测试结果的影响因素。方法某特种车辆闭舱作业过程中,运用有害气体连续自动测试记录仪分别对舱室内有害气体进行测试分析,按照GJB 5834-2006规定的有害气体限值计算方法计算舱室内有害气体的MC(最高浓度)、TWA(时间加权平均)浓度以及STEL(短时间接触浓度),并与限值进行对比。结果驾驶员位、载员舱1号位以及载员舱2号位的CO浓度不符合标准限值要求,其余各项有害气体均满足标准限值要求。结论所测结果中CO气体浓度不符合GJB 5834-2006限值要求。经过分析,影响特种车辆海上闭舱行驶时舱室内有害气体浓度的主要因素有闭舱时间、发动机转速、行驶速度以及发动机尾气的渗漏。
Objective To test whether a certain type of vehicle can meet the standard limit by comparing and analyzing the results with the standards by testing the harmful gases (CO, CO2, NO2, NH3, SO2, H2S) Influencing factors of harmful gas test results. Methods During the closing operation of a special type of vehicle, the harmful gas in the cabin was tested and analyzed respectively by the continuous automatic test recorder of harmful gas. The calculation of the harmful gas in the cabin according to GJB 5834-2006 was used to calculate the MC Concentration), TWA (time-weighted average) concentration, and STEL (short-term exposure concentration) were compared with the limits. Results The concentrations of CO in driver’s position, manned crew’s position 1 and manned’s crew’s 2 position did not meet the standard limit requirements, and the rest of the harmful gases all met the standard limit requirements. Conclusions The measured CO concentration does not meet the GJB 5834-2006 limits. After analysis, the main factors that affect the concentration of harmful gases in the cabin when a special vehicle is off-sea at sea are the closed cabin time, the engine speed, the traveling speed and the engine exhaust gas leakage.
