煤的抗切削强度国内仍沿用普氏系数推断评价,苏联已用ДКС仪,以标准工作方式对采煤工作面进行切削,就可以获得该层煤的抗切削强度指标A。但该仪器设备比较庞大,使用不便,不能测量在地压作用下,工作面附近煤层内煤的抗切削强度的变化。我们根据有关资料,简化测量方法,用扩钻炮眼法测量抗切削强度,利用具有两级减速器和牵引机构的ЭРП—20型防爆煤电钻进行改制。由煤电钻、行星减速器、记录装置、导向管、钻杆、钻头、立柱等组成,称之为DZC—1型电钻测力计。测力计的主要技术特征: 钻杆推进速度 10mm/r,20mm/r 钻杆转速 130r/min
