1 临床资料1．1 一般情况:患者女,33岁,因左上臂肿物半年求诊。查体:左上臂中下区明显较右侧增粗,表面无异常,触之似有柔软感,界限不清,其中有2个1.5×1cm质硬肿物,活动好,无压痛,听诊无血管杂音。1．2 超声检查:左上臂肱骨前内侧近肘关节肱肌内见约12cm×4cm×2.3cm外呈梭形,内为不均质不规则网格状肿
1 Clinical data 1.1 General situation: The patient is female, 33 years old, with a left upper arm mass seeking treatment for six months. Physical examination: The middle and lower regions of the upper left arm were clearly thicker than the right side. There was no abnormality on the surface. The touch seemed soft and the boundary was unclear. There were two 1.5×1 cm hard masses with good activity, no tenderness, and no auscultation. Vascular noise. 1.2 Ultrasound examination: The anterior medial tibial elbow of the left upper arm shows a spindle shape of about 12cm x 4cm x 2.3cm in the anterior tibial-anterior elbow, with irregular heterogeneous meshes inside.
