急性心肌梗塞病人出现腹痛者较为常见,我院1986年1月至1991年11月共收治急性心肌梗塞病人98例,其中有腹痛者43例,本文就腹痛的原因进行了分析。
Abdominal pain in patients with acute myocardial infarction is more common in our hospital from January 1986 to November 1991 were treated 98 cases of acute myocardial infarction, including abdominal pain in 43 cases, this article on the causes of abdominal pain were analyzed.
