加强城乡结合部党组织建设是各级党委高度重视的党建工作新领域。以加强党建促进社会管理、在加强管理中更好地发挥党组织的领导核心、战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用,对推动科学发展、促进社会和谐、保障改善民生有着重要意义。为了切实加强城乡结合部党建工作,我们到山东、新疆等地进行了专题调研,总结各地结合实际的创新实践,提出了进一步加强城乡结合部党建工作的建议。
Strengthening the Construction of Party Organizations in the Urban-Rural Integration Department is a new area in party building that the party committees at all levels attach great importance to. In order to strengthen party building and promote social management, it is of great significance to give more play to the leadership core of the party organization, the role of the battle-fighting force and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members in strengthening management. It is of great significance for promoting scientific development, promoting social harmony and ensuring the improvement of livelihood. In order to effectively strengthen the party-building at the urban-rural integration point, we conducted special investigations in places such as Shandong and Xinjiang, summed up the innovative practices practiced in various places and put forward suggestions on further strengthening the party-building in urban and rural areas.
