构造基于全混流和交叉流反应器的反应器网络超结构,并建立优化模型,优化模型由复杂的高度非线性的微分/代数方程所构成。本文采用有限元正交配置法离散化微分方程的策略来简化超结构数学模型,将离散化所得的代数方程组与其它约柬条件一起,作为反应器网络超结构的数学模型,然后运用数学软件优化求解。实例研究表明,优化结果与文献相一致或优于文献,表明离散化法求解含有微分模型方程的反应器网络综合问题是有效的。
The superstructures of reactor networks based on full-flow and cross-flow reactors were constructed and an optimization model was established. The optimization model consisted of complex highly nonlinear differential / algebraic equations. In this paper, the finite element orthogonal configuration method to discretize the differential equations to simplify the mathematical model of the super structure, the discretized algebraic equations and other constraints with the conditions as the reactor network superstructure mathematical model, and then use mathematical software Optimization solution. The case study shows that the optimization result is consistent with or better than the literature, indicating that the discretization method is effective in solving the reactor network synthesis problem with differential model equations.
