目的以长白山区不同产地的3、4、5年生西洋参为研究对象,比较西洋参中过氧化物酶(POD)等氧化还原酶的活力。方法采用p H为7.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液从西洋参中提取出氧化还原酶的粗酶液。应用紫外分光光度法分别测定西洋参中多酚氧化酶(PPO)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活力。结果 5年生西洋参中氧化还原酶的活力明显高于3、4年生西洋参;4年生西洋参中氧化还原酶的活力略高于3年生西洋参,不同产地的西洋参氧化还原酶的活力虽有差别,但是活力比较接近。结论不同生长年限的西洋参中氧化还原酶的活力差距显著,长白山地区不同产地西洋参的氧化还原酶的活力相似。
Objective To investigate the effects of 3, 4, 5-year-old American ginseng from different habitats in Changbai Mountains on the activities of oxidoreductases such as peroxidase (POD) in American ginseng. Methods Crude enzyme solution of redox enzyme was extracted from American ginseng by phosphate buffer solution with pH 7.4. The activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) in American ginseng was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results The 5-year-old American ginseng redox enzyme activity was significantly higher than the 3, 4-year-old American ginseng; 4-year-old American ginseng redox enzyme activity slightly higher than the 3-year-old American ginseng, ginseng redox enzyme activity in different regions although the difference, More close. Conclusion The differences in the activities of oxidoreductases among American ginseng grown in different growth stages are significant. The activities of oxidoreductase in Panax ginseng from different habitats in Changbai Mountain are similar.
