如今高校固定资产管理依旧带有着体制不完备,管理理念浅薄,配置不恰当,使用率小等情况,对此对高校固定资产进行全面的精细化管理有非常主要的作用。高校固定资产要实施全内容精细化管理,就是在事前成立统一领导,分级管理的固定资产管理机制,始终成立完备的固定资产管理政策,事后提升审计监督。与此同时,提出进行固定资产精细化管理的作用渠道,进而为高校固定资产管理带来了一定的依据和参考。
Nowadays, the management of fixed assets in colleges and universities still has an imperfect system, superficial management concept, improper allocation and low usage rate, which play a very important role in the comprehensive and refined management of fixed assets in colleges and universities. The implementation of full content refinement management of fixed assets in colleges and universities is the establishment of a fixed asset management mechanism with unified leadership and hierarchical management in advance. The fixed asset management policies have always been established and the audit supervision has been enhanced afterwards.
