衡阳市中心医院是衡阳市一所规模较大的综合性医院。有正式职工840人,其中医务人员700人(教授8人、副教授50人,中级医务人员250余人),工人140人。从1993年以来,在院党委的领导下,大胆地开展了人事制度改革,打破了过去传统的用人制度和工资分配制度,在科室班组实行全员聘任制和工资总额与效益挂钩的分配制,调动了各方面的积极性,出现了一个爱岗敬业的新局面,促进了医院的全面建设。近年来,医院的面貌大有改观,新添和更新了技术设备,现有大型X光机、双C臂、多功能胃肠机、心电监护仪
Hengyang Central Hospital is a large-scale comprehensive hospital in Hengyang City.
