胶印法制作仪器标牌和面板,是国内近年来发展起来的一项新工艺,它是胶版印刷技术与铝板表面处理技术的有机结合。实践证明,用胶版印刷方法制作的仪器标牌面板图文清晰,此工艺加工速度快,劳动强度低,能较好地完成多种多色彩的套印。运用彩色印刷的机理,还能获得不同浓淡层次的连续图像,从而丰富了仪器面板的色调。另一方面,目前对铝板不外乎是光泽氧化和喷砂等几种表面处理方法,所获得的表面形式单调,满足不了仪器仪表产品的要求。胶印法不仅适用于铝板的印刷,同时也适用于其它不同的基材,从而扩大了仪器面板选用材质的范围。综上所述,用胶印法制造标牌面板是通常所采用的感光腐蚀、丝网漏印和氧化染色等传统工艺所无法与它比拟的。
