目前产品视觉检测系统普遍存在工人劳动强度大,产品易污损,检测效率难以提高等问题。在对该类系统进行功能分析的基础上,采用TRIZ理论中裁剪方法去除检测系统内部冗余和有害元件,消除了通过在原有系统中加入修正模块解决问题的思想局限性,并进一步利用创新软件知识库工具确定了利用多点触摸屏计算机实现信息处理、判断、执行和显示功能,XY直线单元组成的二维平台代替人手执行改变相机位置功能的创新设计方案。该设计结合“镜动物不动”的设计思路和“图片浏览式”的检测方式,为工业产品视觉检测系统研究提供了新思路和新途径。
At present, the visual inspection system of products generally has such problems as labor intensity of workers, easy defacement of products, difficulty in improving detection efficiency and the like. Based on the functional analysis of this kind of system, this paper uses TRIZ theory to cut out the redundant and harmful components inside the detection system, eliminates the limitation of the problem by adding the correction module in the original system, and further utilizes the innovative software The knowledge base tool has determined that using the multi-touch screen computer to realize the function of information processing, judging, executing and displaying, the 2D linear platform consisting of XY linear units replaces the human hand to implement the innovative design scheme of changing the position of the camera. This design combined with the design concept of “animal motionless” and the detection method of “picture browsing” provided new ideas and new ways for the research of visual inspection system of industrial products.
