多弧源离子镀技术是八十年代最新表面处理技术。具有工艺先进、操作简单、膜层与底材的结合力好,设备利用率高,适合于工业规模的生产等特点。利用该项技术可以制备多种金属薄膜(如铜、铝、钛等)。超硬膜(氮化物或碳化物膜),化合物膜以及多层复合膜等,在国防、机械、电子、轻工、化工等领域有着广泛的应用。为了尽快地把科研成果转化为生产力,为用户提供高质量的多弧源离子镀膜设备,科学院力学所研制了MIP-8-800型多弧源离予镀膜设备,并于1991年9月26日在北京通过了技术鉴定。
