成品油供应紧张是近年来价格扭曲的直接恶果,要想彻底解决几乎每年一遇的成品油供应紧张问题,核心在于使价格市场化。国家应在“补低抑高”的原则下强力推进价格改革。
Tight supply of refined oil products is a direct result of price distortions in recent years. In order to completely solve the tight supply problem of refined oil products once in a year, the core lies in making prices marketed. The state should vigorously push forward the price reform under the principle of “making up low and suppressing high”.
