1 故障现象及原因分析1999年 4月 ,正当用氧高峰时 ,一套ＦＯＮ 50 /10 0型分馏塔突然出现故障 ,液氧液位在 4 0 0～4 50ｍｍ ,产量、纯度下降 ,上塔压力偏高。第二天 ,塔无法正常工作 ,氮排空阀、馏分放空阀全部打开 ,氧纯度下降到 93%左右。对液空、液氧、氮气纯度进行化验
1 Failure Phenomenon and Cause Analysis In April 1999, just when the peak of oxygen, a FON 50/10 0-type fractionation tower suddenly failure, liquid oxygen level in 400 ~ 450mm, yield, purity decreased, on the tower High pressure.
