慢性肾功能不全患者,常有中枢及周围神经系统症状,EEG多有异常,大脑皮层电生理活动的变化与肾功能不全程度密切相关,透析可使临床症状及EEG得到明显改善〔1〕。本文对慢性肾功能不全患者27例作了EEG,并对其中8例作了治疗前后对比观察,现报告如下: 一般资料男性14例,女性13例,年龄19~58岁,平均37.6岁。27例中慢性肾炎尿毒症23例,肾病综合症Ⅱ型(慢性肾炎肾病型)4例。尿毒症患者BUN平均24.6mmol/(68.8mg/dl),Scr平均1005。1μmol/L(11.4
