2000年我县的晚稻生产遇到了罕见的现象——穗萌芽,这种异常现象在本地区最近25a内从未有过。穗萌芽率在3%～15%,直接影响了晚稻谷的商品性,本来一部分可以当商品粮出售的晚稻谷只能作为饲料出售,降低了农民的经济效益,另外,作为口粮的晚稻米夹杂着已发芽的坏米,直接影响了人民的身体健康。对此,从多方面进行了调查,找到了穗萌芽的一些原因。 1 晚稻萌芽条件 1.1 内因当晚稻从抽穗扬花、灌浆到成熟为种子(称晚稻谷),只有种子充分成熟,在一定条件下才能萌芽。
