模块化模型库是实现电站自动化建模的一个重要环节。该文介绍了一个用于图形建模环境下的锅炉模块化模型库,详细叙述了回转式空气预热器和汽包式锅炉蒸发系统的数学模型,简要叙述了模块库中其它主要锅炉设备模型。模型库中数学模型的数值积分一般采用更为稳定的半隐式算法,并给出了一个数值差分的具体实例。应用模型库中的模型模拟了300MW电站,模拟结果表明,采用本文给出的模型库能够大大缩短电站仿真所需要的时间;半隐式算法能够有效地改善数值计算的稳定性。
Modular model library is to achieve an automated power plant modeling an important part. This paper introduces a modular boiler model library for graphic modeling environment, describes the mathematical models of rotary air preheater and drum boiler evaporation system, and briefly describes other major boiler equipment models in the module library . The numerical integration of the mathematical model in the model library generally adopts a more stable semi-implicit algorithm, and gives a concrete example of the numerical difference. The model in the model library is used to simulate 300MW power station. The simulation results show that using the model library given in this paper can greatly shorten the time required for power station simulation. Semi-implicit algorithm can effectively improve the stability of numerical calculation.
