目的:对我院制剂室3种制剂的稳定性进行考察。方法:选取我院制剂室3种制剂进行为期6个月的稳定性研究,指标包括外观性状、含量和微生物限度三个方面。结果:3种制剂3个月内稳定性佳,3个月后稳定性欠佳。结论:我院制剂室3种制剂配置后3个月内使用安全、稳定。
Objective: To investigate the stability of three preparations in our hospital preparation room. Methods: Three kinds of preparations in our hospital preparation room were selected to conduct a 6-month stability study. The indexes included appearance characters, content and microbial limit. Results: The stability of 3 kinds of preparations within 3 months was good, and the stability was not good after 3 months. Conclusion: The formulation of three kinds of preparation room in our hospital is safe and stable within 3 months after deployment.
