本文通过模拟计算卧式离心污水处理泵的全三维流场的受力分析,发现泵体与叶轮之间各通道的流量、流速及压力等分布有显著的差别。流动呈现明显的非对称性,及叶轮载荷不均,该计算采用多重参考坐标系及标准k-e湍流模型,计算了卧式离心污水处理泵泵体所受的轴向力和经向力,结果表明,因泵内流场非对称性而产生出较大的经向力。有离心力、叶轮重力、和该经向力共同作用,在泵轴快速转动中而产生振动的计算,以及叶轮因长期在污水环境下被腐蚀,形成动不平衡,而对泵的轴承、泵体造成严重的破坏进行分析。
In this paper, by simulating the force analysis of the full three-dimensional flow field of a horizontal centrifugal sewage treatment pump, it is found that there is a significant difference in the distribution of flow, velocity and pressure between the pump body and the impeller.
