一、2000年世界常规武器技术发展趋势和特点(一)电子技术和新型材料技术是促进常规武器技术发展的主要动力。对2000年常规武器发展具有决定性影响的高技术基础是,以微电子和计算机为核心的电子(含光学)技术和新型材料技术。它们有很快的发展速度和很广的应用,有可能以较低成本大幅度地提高几乎各种常规武器装备的作战性能。电子技术的先进程度将继续是常规武器装备陈旧与否的主要标志。新型结构材料、电波吸收材料和光电器件材料等将有可能使未来常规武器装备产生质量跃变。
I. Trends and Characteristics of the Development of the World’s Conventional Weapons in 2000 (I) Electronic technology and new material technologies are the major driving forces behind the development of conventional weapons technology. The high-tech foundations that have a decisive impact on the development of conventional weapons in 2000 are electronics (including optics) and new material technologies that are based on microelectronics and computers. They have very fast growth rates and a wide range of applications, which have the potential to significantly improve the combat performance of almost any conventional weaponry at a lower cost. The advanced level of electronic technology will continue to be the main symbol of the obsolescence of conventional weapons and equipment. New structural materials, radio wave absorbing materials and optoelectronic devices will likely have a qualitative jump in the future of conventional weapons and equipment.
