在分析突发事件信息内涵及其构成的基础上,概述突发事件信息的基本特征,包括价值性、时效性、载体依附性、共享性等方面。为加强突发事件信息的收集、分析、报告与公开,提高突发事件信息处理工作的科学性和有效性,需要构建一套科学有效的管理机制,其内容包括信息收集机制、信息整理机制、信息沟通机制和信息反馈机制4个基本部分。
Based on the analysis of the connotation and its composition of emergency information, the basic characteristics of emergency information are summarized, including value, timeliness, carrier attachment and sharing.
