本文系统地给出了稠油油田采用稠油掺活性水乳化降粘集输工艺流程时,油水乳状液的水力计算公式.当流态为层流时,介绍了塑流型、假塑流型和胀流型非牛顿流体的水力计算公式;当流态为紊流时,应通过实验确定摩阻系数,然后按达西公式计算压降.当油水乳状液为牛顿流体时,先按流态计算出水力摩阻系数,然后根据文献中给出的公式计算粘度,再按达西公式计算压降.最后介绍了美国Bechtel公司在大港油田采用的一种简便方法,即已知纯油在某温度下的粘度和油水乳状液的含水(盐)量,并根据本文附图曲线和公式(乳状液粘度=纯油粘度×粘度比),可估算出该温度下油水乳状液的粘度,进而计算出压降.
