中国石油天然气总公司情报研究所和石油大学(华东)管理工程系的有关人员,经过近两年的努力,完成了《国际油价的影响因素分析和中长期趋势预测》课题的研究,推出微机应用软件——“国际石油市场预测系统”,已于1991年底通过总公司科技局组织的部级鉴定。为了使有关单位和本刊读者能利用这项研究成果,及时了解国际石油市场可能出现的新情况,也为了通过实际使用对所开发的系统进行性能检验,以便作进一步改进而使其更臻完善,我们从现在开始,将使用上述系统对国际石油市场的发展情况进行定期预测,并将预测结果刊登于本刊。
After nearly two years of hard work, the relevant personnel of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) Intelligence Research Institute and the Department of Management Engineering of the University of Petroleum (East China) completed the research on the subject of “Analysis of the Influencing Factors of International Oil Prices and the Prediction of Mid- and Long-term Trends”, and introduced computer applications Software - “International Oil Market Forecast System”, was appraised by the Ministry of Science and Technology at the ministry level at the end of 1991. In order to enable the relevant units and our readers to make use of the research results, keep abreast of new situations that may arise in the international oil market and improve their system through practical tests in order to further improve the performance of the developed system From now on, we will use the above system to regularly forecast the development of the international oil market and publish the forecast results in our magazine.
