生态文明建设的实践,迫切要求各级领导者提高生态文明建设的领导素质和领导能力,深入研究生态文明领导力。生态文明领导力,是推进生态文明建设的综合领导能力,是多维领导力的复合叠加而生成的一种全新的领导力。为了直观形象说明抽象的问题,可以概括为六维结构,即表现为持续更新领导理念的创新力、坚持“五位一体”的融合力、注重系统性整体性协调性的决策
