目的:探讨β2─糖蛋白Ⅰ(β2─GPI)在体内的分布。方法:以昆明系小鼠为实验模型,将纯化的小鼠β2─GPI用Na125I标记,注入到小鼠体内,80min后取一些重要脏器做放射性计数测定。结果:Na125I─β2─GPI放射性计数在血浆中为215.01±16.45Bq·g-1,在肾脏中为51.57±6.30Bq·g-1,在肝脏中为49.38±5.14Bq·g-1,在肺中为11.96±1.52Bq·g-1。结论:在所取的各组织脏器中,血浆中分布最多,肾、肝次之,在肺中分布最少。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of β2-glycoprotein Ⅰ (β2-GPI) in vivo. Methods: Kunming mice were used as experimental model. The purified mouse β2GPI was labeled with Na125I and injected into mice. After 80 minutes, some important organs were taken for radioactivity counting. Results: The radioactivity of Na125I-β2-GPI was 215.01 ± 16.45Bq · g-1 in plasma, 51.57 ± 6.30Bq · g-1 in kidney and 49.38 ± 5.14 in liver Bq · g-1, 11.96 ± 1.52 Bq · g-1 in the lung. CONCLUSION: Among the organs of the tissues taken, the plasma is the most distributed, followed by the kidney and liver, with the least distribution in the lung.
