素质教育的根本任务是培养全面发展的优秀人才,而优秀不优秀首先看的是思想素质。学生的思想素质如何直接影响着他们的思维能力和心理素质,这就要求我们教育必须从小学抓起。如何培养学生的素质呢?我认为,首先是将教育与教学合二为一,教师应准确的理解教材,把握教材的思想教育内涵,针对学生的特点,动之以情,晓之以理,科学地安排训练程序,采取有效的形式和方法,使语言文字和思想素质训练都收到实效。
