钢筋混凝土拱桥具有造价低、承载力高、养护费用低的优点,其设计和施工紧密结合,其施工方法有预制安装法和悬臂浇筑法。在有条件情况下,采用预制安装法,可以降低成本,大大加快施工进度,减小施工风险。介绍160 m跨径箱型拱桥预制安装施工关键技术,对照悬臂现浇施工工艺,分析了其技术经济指标的差异。
Reinforced concrete arch bridge has the advantages of low cost, high bearing capacity and low maintenance cost, and its design and construction are closely combined. The construction method includes prefabrication method and cantilever pouring method. Under the condition, the prefabricated installation method can reduce the cost, greatly accelerate the construction progress and reduce the construction risk. This paper introduces the key technology of prefabrication and installation of 160 m span box arch bridge, and contrasts the cantilever cast-in-place construction technology and analyzes the differences of its technical and economic indexes.
