婚姻使男子与妻家形成亲戚关系。清代基层社会的妻亲关系具有丰富的表现形式与内容,以及自身的特点。本文通过分析《驳案汇编》、《刑部比照加减成案》、《各省审判厅判牍》等涉及清代基层社会的法律案例,对清代基层社会的妻亲关系进行分析解读,指出清代基层社会妻亲关系具有如下特点:其一,在实际生活的互动交流中妻家包含的范围广泛;其二,直接性与间接性共存;其三,积极性与消极性并存。
