采用时域有限差分的方法研究了电磁波在二维等离子体光子晶体中的传输特性。主要讨论了等离子体柱半径与晶格常数的比值,光子晶体的周期数以及不同晶格结构对TM极化入射波和TE极化入射波传输特性的影响,计算得出了电磁波入射等离子体光子晶体的透射系数,并对结果进行了分析。研究发现,通过改变等离子体光子晶体的结构参数,诸如等离子体柱半径与晶格常数的比值以及等离子体光子晶体的周期数,均可有效控制等离子体光子晶体的电磁性质。
The transmission characteristics of electromagnetic waves in two-dimensional plasma photonic crystals are studied by the finite difference time-domain method. The effects of the ratio of the radius of the plasma column to the lattice constant, the number of photonic crystals and the lattice structure on the transmission characteristics of the TM polarized incident wave and the TE polarized incident wave are mainly discussed. The transmission coefficient of the crystal, and the result is analyzed. It is found that the electromagnetic properties of plasma photonic crystals can be effectively controlled by changing the structural parameters of the plasma photonic crystals, such as the ratio of the radius of the plasma column to the lattice constant and the number of periods of the plasma photonic crystals.
