患者皮××女21岁农民住院号0041098 91年10月17日入院7天前,左眼疼,头疼,耳后有一硬结,肿疼。3天前,左侧前额皮肤红肿,出现密集的透明小水疱,左眼疼加重,视物模糊。第5天左侧上方头皮也发生小水疱,左眼疼痛日趋加重。发病后第7天.左眼视物不清而来诊。既往史及个人史无特殊。体温36.5℃,脉搏80次/分,血压13.0/10.7kpa。全身发育和营养中等。左侧前额皮肤红肿,沿眶上神经分布区域的皮肤有密集的串珠状
