本文叙述了采用云纹测试技术研究焊接瞬态高温应变过程的特点,如金属的耐高温反射式试件栅线的制备,焊接过程动态热应变信思的记录、云纹图像的数据处理等。用所研制成功的云纹法测定了薄板点加热的应变过程,并与数值分析结果进行了对比和讨论。
This paper describes the use of moire testing technology to study the characteristics of transient high temperature welding process, such as the preparation of metal high temperature reflective test grid lines, welding dynamic thermal strain of thinking records, moire image data processing. With the developed moiré method, the strain process of sheet heating was measured and compared with the numerical analysis results.
