如何防治山洪灾害,已成为目前我国防汛工作中的重点和难点。山洪灾害监测预警体系应包括监测、预报预警和决策3部分。目前,我国山洪灾害监测预警体系建设还处于初期阶段,需要不断地探索和完善,并逐步引入现代科学技术手段,采用多种方式分区、细化其功能,更好地为防治山洪灾害服务。
How to prevent and deal with the flash flood disaster has become the key and difficult point in the current flood control work in our country. Flood monitoring and early warning system should include monitoring, forecasting and early warning and decision-making 3 parts. At present, the construction of the monitoring and warning system for mountain torrent disasters in our country is still at an early stage and needs to be continuously explored and perfected. Modern scientific and technological means are gradually introduced and various ways are used to partition and refine its functions so as to better serve the prevention and control of mountain torrent disasters.
