近年来,在我国汽车制造工业中,采用了先进的无铁芯工频感应电炉熔炼铝合金,大大地加速了熔炼速度,因此要求一个对熔炼合金成份进行快速、准确的成份分析方法,来取代现在通常所用的照相法光谱分析或化学分析法。本工作采用英国 Hilger 公司生产的 E-555型三用中型石英直读光谱仪做汽车铝合金中铁、硅、铜、锰、镁等元素的定量分析。免除了照相法光谱分析的感光板暗室处理、谱线黑度的测量等一系列的烦杂手续,提高了分析速度及分析准确度。
