要不是服务器厂商的努力,我们还真不一定能这么早看到基于酷睿i7微架构,代号Nehalem的Xeon 5500系列处理器的服务器。原因很简单,目前担当Intel服务器主力的是45nm架构的Xeon 5400系列处理器,他已经上市一年半的时间了,从更迭周期来看也基本到了换代的时候,因此当我们从浪潮得到要送测Xeon 5500系列服务器消息的时候,深切体会到作为国内服务器的代表,浪潮这次绝对走在了前列。
