对于BAT虎视眈眈的万亿规模的O2O市场来说,百度通过直达号拉近与传统服务业的关系,有利于百度在生活服务市场上优势的提升。随着3G/4G和智能手机的快速发展,很多线下传统企业希望拥抱移动互联网,来获得更多新客户、维护好老客户。摆在他们面前的工具有wap站、Native App、团购或者微信公众号。但分析可知,这些都不能帮传统服务商解决痛点。为此,互联网企业、运营商等都在通过创新或者能力开放,寻找好的方法解决这个难题,同时抓住中小企业营销这个庞大潜在市场。
