1991年用正交设计的方法在本院试验地进行了氮、磷、钾肥不同用量及其对比试验。试验结果表明,亩施纯氮超过6公斤,烟叶收获将推迟7天左右,叶长、叶宽、株高、叶数及叶片每日增量将随施氮量的增加而增加,最佳施氮量为每亩施纯氮2~4公斤。氮、磷、钾不同配比中表现最好的是4~6~5(2:3:4),其次为2~8~8和2~6~6。烟叶化学成分分析结果表明,随着施氮量的增加,烟含量随着提高、还原糖含量则随着下降。
In 1991, orthogonal experiment was conducted in our hospital to test the different amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and their comparative experiments. The results showed that more than 6 kg of pure N fertilizer was applied in Mushu and the harvest of tobacco leaves would be delayed by about 7 days. The leaf length, leaf width, plant height, leaf number and daily leaf increment would increase with the increase of N application rate. Nitrogen per acre applied nitrogen 2 to 4 kg. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the best performance of different ratio is 4 ~ 6 ~ 5 (2: 3: 4), followed by 2 ~ 8 ~ 8 and 2 ~ 6 ~ 6. The results of chemical composition analysis showed that with the increase of nitrogen application, the smoke content decreased with the increase of the content of reducing sugar.
