目的建立高效液相色谱法测定罗布麻定时脉冲片中5种酚酸及黄酮类成分含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm)色谱柱,乙腈-10 mmol.L-1醋酸铵缓冲液(pH 4,醋酸调节)为流动相,洗脱程序:0 min,10%乙腈;8 min,15%乙腈;16 min,17%乙腈;40 min,38%乙腈。流速1.0 mL.min-1。检测波长为256 nm。结果 2种酚酸及3种黄酮成分的峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r>0.999 0);加样回收率为(94.3±1.80)%~(102.4±2.89)%。结论该方法简单、准确,重现性较好,可用于罗布麻定时脉冲片内在质量的控制和评价。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of five phenolic acids and flavonoids in Apocynum time-pulsatile tablets. Methods The mobile phase consisted of Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm × 200 mm) column, acetonitrile-10 mmol.L-1 ammonium acetate buffer (pH 4, adjusted with acetic acid) , 15% acetonitrile; 16 min, 17% acetonitrile; 40 min, 38% acetonitrile. Flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength is 256 nm. Results The linear relationship between the concentration of 2 kinds of phenolic acids and 3 kinds of flavonoids was good (r> 0.999 0). The recoveries were (94.3 ± 1.80)% ~ (102.4 ± 2.89)%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control and evaluate the internal quality of Apocynum time pulse slices.
