随着民族村寨旅游的发展,各方利益相关者的利益诉求问题日益凸显,本文选取广西桂北龙胜、三江等民族村寨为案例,在相关理论的支撑下,通过分析民族村寨旅游开发中各主要利益相关者的利益冲突产生的原因,提出符合区域特色的民族村寨旅游开发的利益协调发展的对策。提出一套协调民族村寨旅游开发冲突和矛盾的新机制,为广西乃至全国类似民族地区的民族村寨旅游开发可持续发展提供重要的参考。
With the development of tourism in ethnic villages, the interest demands of all stakeholders become increasingly prominent. This paper selects Longzhai and Sanjiang ethnic villages in northwestern Guangxi as a case study. With the support of related theories, The main stakeholders’ conflicts of interests, and put forward the countermeasures to coordinate the development of the interests of tourism development in ethnic villages in line with the regional characteristics. Proposed a set of new mechanism to coordinate the conflicts and contradictions in the tourism development of ethnic villages and provided important reference for the sustainable development of tourism development of ethnic villages in similar ethnic areas of Guangxi.
