在没有违背推广普通话原则的前提下,方言节目的比例应该交由市民和市场来决定12月1日,《广东省国家通用语言文字规定》经省政府第十一届82次常务会议通过。日前,该规定在广东省政府网站挂出,并将于2012年3月1日起正式实施。其中规定,广播电视节目播音以普通话为基本用语,“使用方言播音的,应当经国务院广播电视部门或者省广播电影电视部门批准。”该规定将对现有方言节目产生哪些影响?推广普通话与保护方言之间如何权衡?本刊记者就此采访了中山大学中文系语言学教授庄初升。
