In recent years, the tragic incidents of suicide and murder have frequently occurred among college librarians, reflecting the serious mental crisis of librarians. This article elaborates the main inducement of librarians psychological problems from the psychology point of view and analyzes the inherent complexity of these tragedies. Discusses how the library plays a leading role in guiding the psychological crisis of librarians.
