一辆奥迪A61轿车(采用BDW 2.4L发动机和CVT变速器),累计行驶里程约为3万km,因2011年7月18日被水淹后发动机熄火而被送至奥迪维修站,初步判断发动机有可能损坏,由于客户不愿意拆解发动机,于是采用一种发动机不解体诊断法进行诊查:将发动机每个缸的点火线圈、火花塞拆除(图1),然后用深度尺测量每缸的活塞顶部至气缸盖的距离(图2)。测量结果如表1所示。
