目的:建立快速测定连翘提取物中连翘苷含量的分析方法。方法:采用近红外(NIR)漫反射光谱法采集样品的近红外光谱,以HPLC法测定值作为参照,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立连翘苷含量的定量分析模型。结果:建立的模型内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.974 5、内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.239 2、预测均方差(RMSEP)为0.077 6。结论:该方法能快速、无损、准确的测定连翘提取物中连翘苷的含量,为连翘提取物质量的快速评价和在线检测提供了参考和依据。
Objective: To establish an analytical method for the rapid determination of forsythin in extract of Forsythia suspensa. Methods: The near-infrared spectra of samples were collected by near-infrared (NIR) diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The quantitative analysis model of forsythin content was established by PLS in accordance with the value determined by HPLC. Results: The established model internal cross-validation coefficient (R2) was 0.974 5, the internal cross-validation mean square error (RMSECV) was 0.239 2, and the predicted mean square error (RMSEP) was 0.077 6. Conclusion: This method can quickly, non-destructively and accurately determine the content of forsythin in the extract of Forsythia suspensa. It provides a reference and basis for the rapid evaluation of the quality of Forsythia suspensa extract and online detection.
