为防止军事训练过程中劳力性热衰竭的发生 ,通过临床资料 ,总结分析了 10例陆军战士在平均气温 30 .8℃ ,相对湿度 6 7%~ 92 %环境下 ,进行 5km武装越野赛时发生的热衰竭疾病 ,10例患者都出现了两个以上生命重要器官功能的严重损害 ,甚至衰竭 ,而其中 3例出现了明显的弥漫性血管内凝血 (DIC) ,并因此而死亡。提示 ,在环境温度、湿度相对较高的情况下 ,强体力活动时应注意预防劳力性热衰竭的发生 ,发现患者应积极治疗DIC ,保护好生命重要器官功能是降低死亡率的关键。
