系统原理、能级原理、弹性原理、经济效益原理、激励原理等,是企业管理活动中必须遵循的基本原理。但在管理实践中应特别注意根据管理对象的不同、具体工作的特点来运用这些原理。本文仅就这些基本原理在后勤管理活动中的运用,谈点粗浅的认识。 一、系统原理 系统常指由若干相互联系、相互作用的各种要素组合而成的具有特定功能的有机整体。在企业管理中主要表现为:管理工作必须有整体观念;要做到企业内外各要素之间相互协调;企业系统内部应具有自我调节的能力。 企业后勤工作也是一个由投入转为产出的服务(经营)型转换系统。它是企业这个大系统中的一个分系统,是
