目的研究多叶越南槐的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱层析、重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化,用红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振等技术和理化方法进行结构鉴定。结果从多叶越南槐中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别是:3-甲氧基-高丽槐素(Ⅰ)、羽扇豆醇(Ⅱ)、三十六烷酸(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、咖啡酸二十四醇酯(Ⅴ)、L-高丽槐素(Ⅵ)、4’,5,7-三羟基异黄酮(Ⅶ)、芒柄花素(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)、红车轴草苷(Ⅹ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Polygonum multiflorum. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures were identified by IR, MS, NMR and physico-chemical methods. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified from the leaves of Polygonum multiflorum Sieb.et Zucc. They were 3-methoxy-sophoridine (Ⅰ), lupine (Ⅱ), triacontanoic acid (Ⅲ) (IV), tetracosanoic acid caffeic acid (Ⅴ), L- limonene (Ⅳ), 4 ’, 5,7-trihydroxyisoflavone (Ⅶ), formononetin (Ⅷ), daucosterol Ⅸ), red-carded glycosides (Ⅹ). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
