本文分析了普通小麦×硬粒小麦杂种14个选系的籽粒蛋白质含量及7个选系籽粒氨基酸组成。科春_(14)×D_(213)杂种7个选系的平均蛋白质含量为18.45%,比双亲平均数(15.04%)高。肯尼亚×阿波罗各选系蛋白质含量比其亲本平均提高3.44%。籽粒中氨基酸含量随着籽粒蛋白质含量的提高而增加。选系 KA_(20)的蛋白质含量为20.13%,比母本肯尼亚(16.01%)高;其籽粒赖氨酸含量为0.4174,也高于肯尼亚(0.3172)。结果证明:把硬粒小麦的有益基因引入普通小麦,可以得到高蛋白质类型。亲本和杂种各系间电泳图谱也有某些差异,可以根据电泳图谱鉴别杂种。
In this paper, the grain protein content of 14 lines of common wheat × durum wheat hybrids and the amino acid composition of 7 selected lines were analyzed. The average protein content of Kechun_ (14) × D_ (213) hybrids was 18.45%, higher than that of parents (15.04%). The average protein content of Kenya × Apollo lines increased by 3.44% compared to their parents. The amino acid content of grain increased with the increase of grain protein content. The selection of KA 20 showed a protein content of 20.13%, higher than that of female Kenya (16.01%). The grain lysine content was 0.4174 and higher than that of Kenya (0.3172). The results show that: the introduction of useful genes of Durum wheat into common wheat, you can get a high protein type. There are also some differences in electrophoretic patterns between parents and hybrids, and hybrids can be identified based on an electrophoretic pattern.
