今年上半年,厦门市服务外包执行金额8.09亿美元,比上年同期增长26.0%,其中离岸执行金额5.53亿美元,同比增长18.8%。为加快厦门市服务外包业发展,下一步,厦门市将把服务外包纳入全市招商工作方案中,在招商引资中结合全市产业布局,利用厦门市智慧城市建设、动漫基地建设等载体,吸引一批服务外包企业入驻。在用好用足现有扶持政策的基础上,加大市、区资金配套支持力度,增强园区集聚和人才引进及培养力度,同时实行灵活政策,对具有集聚辐射带动作用的服务外包重
In the first half of this year, the implementation of service outsourcing in Xiamen City amounted to 809 million U.S. dollars, up 26.0 percent over the same period of previous year, of which the offshore implementation amount was 553 million U.S. dollars, up 18.8 percent over the same period of last year.
