目的:观察苍辛通窍汤联合常规西药治疗鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将102例鼻窦炎患者随机分为2组,每组51例。对照组给予临床常规治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予苍辛通窍汤治疗。连续治疗1月。结果:总有效率观察组94.1%,对照组76.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组症状积分均较治疗前降低,与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组症状积分低于对照组,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苍辛通窍汤联合常规西药治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状及体征,复发率低。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Cangxin Tongqiao Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of sinusitis. Methods: 102 patients with sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups, 51 cases in each group. The control group was given routine clinical treatment. The observation group was given Cangxin Tongqiao Decoction on the basis of the control group. Continuous treatment in January. Results: The total effective rate was 94.1% in the observation group and 76.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P <0.01). The symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Cingxin Tongqiao decoction combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of sinusitis is significant, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with low recurrence rate.
