目的 探讨视网膜脱离手术前后多焦视网膜电图 (multifocal electroretinography,m ERG)的改变及其临床应用价值。 方法 应用 VERIS Science TM 4.0对 18例 (18只眼 )裂孔源性视网膜脱离患者手术前后分别进行 m ERG检查 ,并对不同区域的 m ERG进行了比较。 结果 手术前脱离区 a、b波的潜伏期比非脱离区明显延长 ,差异有显著性的意义 (t=4.5 41、t=6 .784,P<0 .0 1) ,脱离区 a、b波的振幅密度明显小于非脱离区 ,差异有显著性的意义 (t=3.6 80、t=4.2 5 7,P<0 .0 1) ;手术后中心凹、黄斑区、黄斑外区及全测试区的 a、b波的振幅密度均比手术前明显提高 (P<0 .0 1) ,但是 a、b波的潜伏期手术前后则无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;手术后原脱离区 a、b波的振幅密度均比术前有明显提高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 视网膜脱离复位术后视网膜功能有一定提高 ,m ERG是评价术后视网膜功能恢复的有用工具 ,振幅密度比潜伏期更敏感。
Objective To investigate the changes of multi-focal electroretinography (m ERG) before and after retinal detachment surgery and its clinical value. Methods 18 patients (18 eyes) with retinal detachment were examined by m ERG before and after surgery, and m ERG in different regions were compared with VERIS Science TM 4.0. Results The latencies of a, b wave before operation were significantly longer than that of non-detachment zone (t = 4.541, t = 6.784, P <0.01) (T = 3.680, t = 4.2 5 7, P <0.01). The posterior fovea, macular area, macular area and the whole test area The amplitude densities of a and b wave were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0.01), but there was no significant change in latency of a and b wave before and after operation (P> 0.05) The amplitude densities of a and b wave were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0.05). Conclusion Retinal detachment after retinal function has a certain improvement, m ERG evaluation of postoperative retinal function recovery tool, the amplitude density is more sensitive than the incubation period.
