本文首先说明在某些由电解法生产工业产品的生产过程中,为了节省电能,采用微机监控系统对电压、电流进行监测和控制可能遇到的一个问题,即被监视和受控制的信号与微机监控系统不在同一个参考电平上。这样,信号数据如何进入微机系统是必须解决的关键问题。文章提出了一种解决这种悬浮电压、电流数据采集的基本方案并做了简要说明。最后简单介绍了实验情况和结果。实验结果表明,所提方案是可行的。
